At the age of 18 I was accepted to my surprise at the film school Sint Lukas in Brussels, Belgium. Being too young to start working immediately on classical moviemaking I quickly deviated to experimenting with video art and documentary. Leaving school I did some television work, directing small stuff and being production assistant ending up production responsable at a very young age. After 4 years I ended up exhausted by the never ending work. When a too anarchistic TV In produced series was taken off the antenna, I found myself for a 6 months rest and travel in Central America. After that, I decided I never wanted to work for television again 🙂 Since that I have found back my initial love, cinema. I started to work as a production assistant, production manager and then 3th, 2nd and 1st assistant director. Finally, since the summer of 2009 I can call myself a director.
